Hi, my name is Kendria Miller! I'm a recent grad from Kennesaw State University with strong interests in pursuing technical writing! Alongside my writing and editing skills, I have experience in UX design and front-end development. Moreover, these additional skills build upon me being an even better technical writer.

Recent Case Studies
For 3 months, I worked as a technical writer and analyst for Cornell University by revising 30+ knowledge base articles for various audiences. In my case study, I go over what the summer project goals were, examples of my editing process, reasoning, and more.

As a content creator for Ponderly, I helped with the app development process for 3 months. I wore many hats for my role by helping to conduct research on competitors, designing wireframes, writing instructions for modules, and more.

As the project lead for my senior capstone project, my team and I conducted a usability test on a popular bus route tracking app, TransLoc. Using many methods such as TAP, SUS, Likert scale, closed card sort, heuristic evaluation, and more, we were able to retrieve results and implement them into a redesign of some app pages like the homepage and search page.
